I is for Ice Cream Ahhhhh...

I love ice cream and ice lollies; I have a little stash in my freezer for whenever I get a craving!!

I spotted an ice cream swimsuit make an appearance at Misguided a while ago and I've been thinking about it ever since, so I began to do some research into other products on the market with the ice cream theme! There are tonnes! I think the idea is really fun and quirky, some of the things I came across are slightly ridiculous like the fantasy fashion ice cream shoes below. (Personally couldn't imagine wearing them) but others are just fabulous and I need them in my life like the double dip ice lolly necklaces, these are a definite purchase as the took me back to my childhood of splitting the ice lolly with one of my siblings. I really like the clock as well so I may also invest in this for when I move house at the end of the month!!

I have put together a mood board below with all the links I could find! Some of my research was done on Pinterest and when I followed links they either led me to blank web pages or directed me to a ‘sold out’ page…devastated! But the ones I have found will do, I think I may have to treat myself to some sweet fashion treats next pay day and ice up my wardrobe, absolutely love it!! B is for Blouses...

My jersey jackets and scarves are nearly ready to be put away, the clocks have changed, the days are longer and hopefully the sunshine is going to start making more of an appearance...we can hope! :) So I have been on the hunt for some new light blouses!! I've had a nosey round a few shops and online too. I find that work wear needs to be affordable, because of the changing seasons and styles and the fact that you wear it 5 days a week, I think it needs to be at a price where you can buy more when you want more without worrying! I have found a range of prices to put up here because obviously everyone’s income is different, mines basic as I’m on an internship so I budget, I need clothes to fit in this budget so here are the images below of what I have found.

20 Under £20

Spring is here!!

This morning started clear with a pastel pink sky, which got me thinking about the current spring pastel trend, it has then rained all afternoon so I’m now sat at my desk dreaming of a sunny day! I have done my best to find some items that I think fit well into the trend, the mood board below has 20 items on all for under £20! Pastels are everywhere at the minute, as I’m at the office I have done all my research for this one online, all of the labels underneath the images are links to the website pages where you can find the items if you want to buy them!! I have slipped a beanie into this mood board as todays weather has shown it’s not quite ready to let go of the cold rainy days, and the swimwear has gone on as I know so many people booking holidays at the moment, plus the ice cream swimsuit from Misguided is just amazing!! The floral prints of some garments on the market really compliment the pastels so these can also be key to brightening up some pastel outfits!
